This weekend, I was looking forward to do something crafty with a bunch of felt I bought a couple of weeks ago. Then, I came down with a stomach bug and I was lucky that my child got fed (even if it was leftover chick-fil-a nuggets...for every meal...but that was at his request!). I had some friends over on Friday night to make some cards at my house which was led by my neighbor who is a Stampin' Up representative. Yesterday, it was said neighbor's birthday, so I was inspired to use some of my card making materials again. I also got to make use out of some of that felt as well :)

Heart Felt Wreath
I finally completed another project that I came across a few weeks ago. Just using a heart styrofoam shape, red felt and pins, you have the perfect Valentine's Day decoration! I used almost a yard of felt and spent a lot of time cutting out circles, but I think it turned out great :)

Wreath
I finally got around to taking down my Christmas decorations and realized that my front door looked so bare. I really love the look of a nice Christmas Wreath on the front door. Since I'm not one for fake, plastic flowers, I wanted to make something that still reflected the season and that I could put on the front door. So, I found this idea for a yarn wreath and loved it! Since it's still winter (or as winter as it can be in FL), the yarn and argyle make me think of a nice sweater. I really like how it turned out. You'd be amazed at some of the creations out there!
Enjoy :)
