We had a new baby in our squadron, a new baby for a friend of mine from an E-2C squadron back in Japan, and Anthony requested a very special "super fast Blue Angel" shirt. These are so much fun to make!!

A much needed break
With the holiday season, illnesses, hanging out with new friends, etc. I didn't really have a whole lot of time to work on things. I fulfilled a few orders on Etsy, and after that was pretty much wiped in the creativity department. I was reading through a few blogs last night and came across the idea of freezer paper stenciling. Since my husband is back to work and I don't really have much going on, I was excited to work on a project today. Anthony got a plain blue t-shirt for Christmas and I decided to play with that. I stenciled his daddy's helicopter on it. It was super easy and I LOVE the way it came out. I wanted to add some text, but small letters and an exacto knife just don't mix in my clumsy world. So, we'll just leave it as is. Anthony had a huge smile when I showed him the shirt - so I got approval from one of my toughest critics! Then 5 minutes later he told me my earrings were a "little bit ugly." I guess I can't win them all.

Christmas Present for Teacher
I came across this idea from another blog and LOVED it! I thought it was a perfect idea for Anthony's preschool teacher for Christmas. I hope she likes it too!
